About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Portfolio Manager to join our team at Banque Nationale. As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and working closely with our investment advisors to deliver a superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany investment advisors in providing high-quality client service and being available to respond to client requests.
- Perform routine financial transactions (e.g., buying and selling securities, making necessary adjustments).
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions for all investment accounts and ensure strict follow-up.
- Analyze and open client files and maintain them up-to-date.
- Produce portfolio management reports.
- Manage administrative tasks related to client files, including scheduling, appointments, and preparing meetings with clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory rules and risk management guidelines.
About the Team:
The Wealth Management division of Banque Nationale is one of the largest investment firms in Canada, with over 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across approximately 100 branches. As an Associate Portfolio Manager, you will work closely with an investment advisor to deliver an exceptional client experience. Collaboration and teamwork will be key to your success.
