About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at IM Concrete Finishing Services Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all construction work meets the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve project profitability.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with projects.

Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience in a construction management or general management role.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery and management.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires regular travel to construction sites. The work language is English, and the work hours are 40 hours per week.
