About the Role

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Demand Generation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Nurture Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with national and state associations, media outlets, and subject matter experts to expand our reach and influence.
  • Develop and Execute Demand-Generation Strategies: Create and implement lead-generation strategies to drive leads and grow the sales pipeline across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, and events.
  • Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance: Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Enhance Marketing Funnels: Enhance marketing funnels to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on goals, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of business objectives.
  • Manage Assigned Budgets: Manage assigned budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact.
Requirements
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
  • Communication Skills: An excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Marketing Automation: Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Marketing Analytics: Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
  • ABM Strategies: Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools a plus.
  • SEO and PPC: Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and content marketing best practices.
  • Certification: Certification in Google Ads, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Additional Requirements
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for industry events, conferences, or team meetings.
  • Basic Requirements: High school diploma, 3+ years of experience in demand generation, Google Ads certification.
