Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Turnaround Foods Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
    • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to make improvements to our menu, service, and overall customer experience.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including menu pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer needs and resolve issues in a professional manner.
    • Ability to manage finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with regular exposure to food, cleaning products, and other substances that may cause allergic reactions or other health issues. The candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
