About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Turnaround Foods Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and optimize our menu pricing, inventory management, and supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and employee safety.
  • Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to our team members, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, reliability, team player, and positive attitude.
