- Cost Control: Analyze and optimize our menu pricing, inventory management, and supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and employee safety.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and guidance to our team members, including training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Work Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods.
