About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Climate Strategy Lead to join our Climate Strategy team at RBC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of sectoral climate strategies that support RBC's climate ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sectoral climate strategies that align with RBC's climate goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive climate action and sustainability initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for emissions reduction and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on climate-related issues and trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in climate strategy, sustainability, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful climate strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
