Culinary Services Supervisor

As a Food Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily activities within our culinary establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Education Requirements- No formal education, certificate, or diploma required.
- Fast-paced food service establishment.
- Includes a coffee shop setting.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
- Oversee a team of 5-10 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Personal transportation is necessary.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and engage in walking activities.
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a team-oriented setting.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in food service supervision.
