As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your key duties will include:
- Developing strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Training new employees on job responsibilities, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Estimating and ordering necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Ensuring high standards of food service and quality control.
