Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis related to laboratory testing to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.
  • Develop analytical products aimed at knowledge dissemination and strategic planning.
  • Prepare reports, create data visualizations, and organize meeting agendas.
  • Conduct thorough literature reviews and jurisdictional assessments.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and managing service requests.
  • Design automated solutions for standardized datasets to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address performance and data analytics challenges.
  • Support essential changes and implement improvements in data quality.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations planning, business analytics, or similar roles within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL), relational database management, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Experience related to laboratory operations.
