Qualifications:
- A post-secondary degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations planning, business analytics, or similar roles within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL), relational database management, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience in laboratory settings.
