Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable analytics strategies
  • Present data insights to business audiences, highlighting the robustness of the solution and its potential to drive business value
  • Lead the development of end-to-end analytics solutions, ensuring efficient, predictable, and sustainable delivery
  • Manage analytics projects, working closely with client stakeholders and global teams
  • Participate in discussions with team members to select and apply relevant analytic techniques, creating actionable business insights
  • Communicate results to senior management, business teams, and develop plans to operationalize analytics solutions

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in data analytics
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solutions
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Excellent project management and team management skills, with experience working with global teams
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data systems, such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive, is a plus
  • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytics outputs in business processes
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience
