Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business consulting skills and data analytics background, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics strategies
  • Present analytics findings and recommendations to senior management and business teams
  • Lead analytics projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely and sustainable delivery
  • Manage and mentor global teams to drive project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of professional experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics tools like R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems is a plus
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics or equivalent work experience
