Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canada Candy Company INC. as an Administrative Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
- Oversee Employee Data and Information
They will oversee the analysis of employee data and information, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Compile Data and Statistics
The Administrative Coordinator will compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Office Administration
They will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing payroll administration.
- Information Filing Systems
The successful candidate will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible.
- Correspondence and Documents
They will type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring that all communication is professional and accurate.
- Data Entry and Database Management
The Administrative Coordinator will perform data entry and maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Basic Bookkeeping
They will perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Requirements- Education
The successful candidate must have a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
They must have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
The language of work is English.
- Work Hours
The successful candidate will work 44 hours per week.
