Food Service Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at Norm's Pizza, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting 1 to 2 years.
- Relevant experience in the field is also considered.
- Define the range of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
- Manage financial records, including cash balancing and completion of financial reports.
- Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
- Analyze costs associated with products and services.
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
- Oversee inventory management and organization.
- Guarantee adherence to health and safety standards.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
- Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals.
Experience RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
