  • Manage Food Quality and Safety
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Prepare and submit reports on food quality and safety
  • Lead and Develop Team Members
    • Hire food service staff and provide ongoing training and development
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Operational Management
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates for kitchen operations
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus and excellent oral communication skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
