About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Taco Boyz. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.

Menu Planning and Inventory Control

Develop and implement effective menu planning and inventory control strategies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Staff Management and Development

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

Customer Service and Relations

Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement effective marketing and promotion strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Strong leadership and management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
