Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control: Develop and implement menu plans that balance profitability with customer demand, while controlling food and ingredient costs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory to ensure accurate tracking and minimal waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
