We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Carvolth Dentistry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and staff members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Answer and direct telephone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Administrative Support
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience and Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
