About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Carvolth Dentistry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and staff members.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Administrative Support
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
    • Degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. business administration, office administration).
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
