As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, coordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and inventory control software. The position is permanent and requires 30 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
