About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Carvolth Dentistry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dental team by providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for patients and staff members
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members
    • Respond to electronic enquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Office Administration
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Additional Duties
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the dental team
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in an administrative role is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
