Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Constantine. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Certifications: Smart Serve certification.
