Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mr. Mass Food Corporation. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, and provide physical accessibility accommodations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
