About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Floor Manager to join our team at Sephora. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor departments within a specific Sephora location, including Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance & Haircare or a combination of these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Ensure that all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service to drive sales and achieve company objectives.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support the timely training of all World selling cast in Client Interactive Technology to enhance the client experience.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing in-store events that align with the store's goals and client needs.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Coach and develop team members to improve performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the store's sales performance and business opportunities to drive growth and success.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams by attracting and developing talented store leaders.
