The Lead Sales Experience Coordinator will be responsible for managing all retail departments within a designated Sephora location. This includes overseeing areas such as Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, and Haircare. The individual in this role will ensure that the team effectively implements Sephora's sales strategy and delivers exceptional customer service to meet and exceed store objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Guarantee that all team members accurately apply Sephora's sales techniques. Facilitate prompt responses to customer feedback across departments. Collaborate with management to address client-related concerns through various feedback channels.
- Innovation Adoption: Ensure that all sales staff are adequately trained in Client Interactive Technology.
- Event Coordination: Assist with in-store events as necessary, ensuring these activities align with store goals and customer expectations.
- Performance Management: Monitor and coach team performance within the assigned store area. Provide timely feedback for improvement and engage in regular discussions with team members.
