About the Role:

The Stage Experience Lead is a key position within Sephora USA, Inc. that oversees the sales floor departments within a specific store location. This role is responsible for ensuring that all team members execute Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service to achieve and exceed company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora's selling model, respond to client feedback, and partner with management to address client-related issues.
  • Embracing Innovation: Support the training of all sales cast in Client Interactive Technology to enhance the client experience.
  • Event Management: Assist in planning and executing in-store events that meet client needs and drive store goals.
  • Performance Assessment & Development: Coach team members on performance management, provide timely feedback, and participate in regular check-ins.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence business partners at all levels.
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams by attracting and developing talented store leaders.
