The role focuses on ensuring that the team effectively implements Sephora's sales strategies while delivering exceptional client service to meet and exceed company goals.
- Client Engagement: Guarantee that all team members execute Sephora's sales approach effectively. Address client feedback promptly and collaborate with management to resolve any client-related concerns.
- Innovation Adoption: Ensure that all team members are well-trained in the latest Client Interactive Technology.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing in-store events, ensuring they align with store objectives and cater to client needs.
