Sephora Sales Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Stage Experience Lead. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales floor departments and ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Client Experience: Ensure that all on-stage cast members are properly trained in Sephora's selling model and provide outstanding client service. Partner with your direct manager to address client feedback and concerns.
- Embracing Innovation: Support the training of all World selling cast members in Client Interactive Technology.
- Event Management: Assist with in-store events to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
- Performance Assessment & Development: Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrate a strong understanding of store sales performance and identify business opportunities.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
