We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Lead to join our team at Sephora. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including managing inventory, visual merchandising, and supply management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations of the store, ensuring execution of all operations-focused processes and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage inventory, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise, cycle counting, and ensuring timely completion of processes within company guidelines.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, ensuring that merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals meet company standards.
  • Manage supply management, maintaining an appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store.
  • Participate in performance management, providing timely feedback for improvement and ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Act as the Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor whenever possible.
  • Develop budget strategies, demonstrating a strong understanding of store sales performance, staffing, payroll, and other controllable expenses.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
  • Strong store operations skills, effective time management, and problem-solving skills.
