About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Apna Spicy Hut INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our customers.
  • Chef Supervision: Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Restaurant Operations: Collaborate with the restaurant management team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification.
