Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school education.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and document food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory management.

  • Order food and kitchen supplies as necessary to maintain operations.
  • Design menus that align with quality standards and customer preferences.
  • Provide training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety practices.
Certifications
  • Possession of a Safe Food Handling certificate is required.

  • Specialization in Italian cuisine is preferred.
