About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at JL13 Concepts Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials to promote our products and services.
  • Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Market Business Services: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our business services and products.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Manage and control the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Develop and maintain a digital database to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Supervise Staff or Team: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Supervise Professional Staff, Program Leaders and Instructors and Volunteer Staff: Lead and manage a team of professional staff, program leaders, instructors, and volunteer staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, Develop and Implement Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Preparation of Reports: Manage the preparation of sales and marketing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the Analysis of Data and Information: Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage Training and Development Strategies: Develop and implement training and development strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective sales and marketing practices.
  • Ensure Compliance with Government Regulations: Ensure compliance with government regulations and laws related to sales and marketing practices.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing and Advertising and Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Determine Contract Terms and Conditions: Negotiate and determine contract terms and conditions with clients and partners.
  • Assess Business Opportunities and Develop Strategies: Identify and assess business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Assign, Co-ordinate and Review Projects and Programs: Assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Review and Adapt Information Regarding Product Innovations, Competitors and Market Conditions: Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Advise Senior Management: Provide advice and guidance to senior management on sales and marketing matters.
  • Ensure Compliance with Telecommunications Regulations and Directives of Government Regulatory Agencies: Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies.
  • Lead Sales Team in Building Relationships with Business Clients and Manage Negotiations of Sales Contracts: Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
