Job Title: Hotel Information Coordinator

Company: Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Location: Whistler, British Columbia

Working Hours: Minimum guaranteed hours - 30 hours/week. Hours may vary between 30-40 hours weekly based on business volumes.

Number of Openings: Multiple

Language Requirement: English

Salary: $22.45 to $23.80 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and warmly handles phone inquiries, directing calls to appropriate extensions.
  • Provides highest level of hospitality, addressing guest needs, resolving complaints, and assisting with inquiries.
  • Takes in-room dining orders and communicates special requests to the kitchen.
  • Coordinates timely delivery of orders by Room Service Servers.
  • Provides alternative menu recommendations, promotes goods/services, and assists with amenity requests.
  • Assigns rooms, dispatches staff, and supports Housekeeping operations.
  • Ensures proper functionality of telephone switchboard and computer systems.
  • Communicates effectively with departments and guests through various platforms.
  • Responds promptly and efficiently in hotel emergencies.
  • Displays professionalism, teamwork, and a friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of hotel hospitality experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Commitment to service, teamwork, and attention to detail.
  • Clean criminal record check.
  • Evening availability and flexibility for varied shifts.
