Administrative Officer

Gino\u0027s Pizza Inc. is seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team in office coordination and administrative activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
The Administrative Officer will also be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Additionally, the candidate will assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative activities.
The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
The Administrative Officer will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
