Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries and provide information to clients.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
