Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our operations at WaterBlu Cleaning Corporation. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing exceptional support to our team.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee budget planning and expenditures.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Coordinate the classification and evaluation of job roles.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Implement training and development initiatives.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages appropriately.
  • Analyze employee data and provide insights.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Design and oversee communication strategies.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of the organization.
  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance processes.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases effectively.
  • Execute basic bookkeeping responsibilities.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
