Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

Isidore Landscapes Inc is seeking a skilled Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our landscape construction team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising nursery and greenhouse workers, and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including labor and material estimation
  • Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers, ensuring efficient and safe operations
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, including reading blueprints and drawings
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication and team player skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
