Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Supervising Staff: You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising a team of landscape technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Grounds Maintenance Planning: You will plan and direct the maintenance of our clients' grounds, including lawn care, pruning, and other landscaping tasks.
- Project Management: You will be responsible for managing and supervising landscape construction projects, including planning, estimating, and scheduling.
- Equipment and Materials Management: You will be responsible for requisitioning and ordering equipment and materials as needed, and ensuring that they are properly maintained and stored.
- Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with updates on project progress and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Team Leadership: You will lead and motivate a team of landscape technicians, providing them with guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Environment: Outdoors
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling
