Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at T.D Mann Landscaping Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and planning, managing, and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance to ensure high-quality results
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls to meet client expectations
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work to ensure timely completion and budget adherence
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support landscape construction projects
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality results
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscape construction or a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 40 hours per week
