Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a District Sales Manager in Grande Prairie, AB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned territory by proactively engaging business owners and focusing on business development and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Present CFIB's membership services to business owners and seek new businesses and build relationships
- Meet with existing members in person and manage account renewals
- Business acumen or business vision
- A vehicle and a full valid Driver's License
- Customer focus, goal orientation, and solid resilience skills
- Ability to achieve effective sales targets
- A mixed compensation structure: base salary plus commissions and quarterly bonuses
- Monthly incentives/rewards
- Monthly expense allowance
- Matched RRSP contribution

- No experience required, full training provided
