Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Little Burgundy. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products, including merchandise and inventory levels.
  • Review and verify shipping and receiving documents, including POS reports and bills of lading, to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise area, adhering to company standards.
  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of merchandise, including receiving and transferring inventory.
  • Communicate and troubleshoot any inventory discrepancies or issues with the Store Manager and Co-Manager.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promoting our total customer service program and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Co-Manager, including maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Physical requirements: able to bend, climb ladders, lift, and move boxes up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
  • Other qualifications: detail-oriented, team player, and willing to work retail hours.
