Position Overview

The Inventory Control Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory management and reporting. This position involves the following key responsibilities:

  • Investigate Inventory Discrepancies: Conduct thorough research on inventory discrepancies and deliver comprehensive investigation results.
  • Verify Inventory Counts: Ensure standing inventory counts align with automated records for accuracy.
  • Coordinate Physical Inventories: Organize and actively participate in all scheduled physical inventories as dictated by operational needs.
  • Manage Damaged Inventory: Process damaged inventory in accordance with month-end cutoff procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in Inventory Coordination, ideally within a Warehouse setting.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience in Inventory Control utilizing a Warehouse Management System, preferably Red Prairie (RP).
  • Experience with clamp equipment is considered an asset.
