Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Little Burgundy. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products, including checking quantities and product condition.
  • Review and verify shipping and receiving documents, including POS reports and bills of lading, to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked merchandise area, including receiving and transferring inventory.
  • Ensure that merchandise is properly sized and displayed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promoting our total customer service program and resolving any customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and Co-Manager, including maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements:

  • Physical requirements: able to bend, climb ladders, lift and move boxes up to 50 lb ≈ 23 KG.
  • Other qualifications: detail-oriented, team player, and willing to work retail hours.
