Closing the Gap Healthcare Group is committed to delivering exceptional care to Canadians through a variety of home and community-based services.

We are in search of a caring and self-sufficient Personal Support Worker (PSW) who can provide outstanding and compassionate support to our clients in the community. Our PSWs will operate under the guidance of our Client Services Supervisor and collaborate with our healthcare team, ensuring you receive the necessary support and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a significant difference in clients' lives by offering personal care, respite services, and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Work autonomously in the community while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative team environment, supported by an experienced supervisor – At CTG, we promote a culture of continuous learning and sharing best practices.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A recognized Personal Support Worker or Equivalent Certificate.
  • Nursing students who have completed at least one year of their education.
  • Internationally trained Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong commitment to client safety and the ability to build respectful relationships with clients and their families to address their care needs.
  • Excellent skills in providing high-quality customer service experiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, reporting, and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Experience in independent problem-solving and knowing when to seek assistance from peers and supervisors.
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid Canadian Driver's license.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada is required.
