We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Provider to join our F-Wing Department. You will play a vital role in supporting our mission to serve our community with Kindness, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.
Position Responsibilities:The successful candidate will perform the duties expected of a Personal Care Provider within the F-Wing Department.
Personal Care Providers provide essential support to patients in activities of daily living and contribute to the smooth operation of patient care areas.
Qualifications:- Successful completion of a 1-year Personal Support Worker Diploma from a community college.
- Recent experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and routine written reports.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with the public.
- Current CPR certification.
- Certificate in Gentle Persuasive Approach.
- Ability to function effectively as a team member in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in appropriate lifting techniques.
- Acceptable performance and attendance records.
