Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will undertake the responsibilities associated with the role of a Personal Support Worker within the F-Wing Department.

The PSW will execute designated tasks as unregulated care providers, assisting the healthcare team in facilitating patients' daily living activities and ensuring the smooth operation of patient care environments.

Required Qualifications:
Completion of a 1-year Personal Support Worker Diploma from an accredited community college Recent experience in a similar role is preferred Proven ability to comprehend, interpret, and adhere to written instructions and standard reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a courteous approach to public interactions Current CPR certification is mandatory Certification in Gentle Persuasive Approach is required Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team Capacity to work independently when necessary Knowledge of proper lifting techniques Consistent performance and attendance records are essential Compensation: $30.059 – $30.615
