Key Responsibilities- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Utilize MS Office to perform administrative tasks.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
