Retail Store Department Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head for our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and office staff. This will involve assigning duties, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all staff members are working effectively together.
Operational ManagementYou will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. This will involve organizing and maintaining inventory, managing cash, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Leadership and CommunicationYou will be responsible for leading and communicating with staff, customers, and other stakeholders. This will involve establishing work schedules, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Business DevelopmentYou will be responsible for contributing to the growth and development of the business. This will involve identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing new ideas, and working with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements- Experience
1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
EducationNo degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work SettingThe role will be based in a retail business environment.
SupervisionYou will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
Work LanguageThe work language is English.
HoursThe role will require 40 hours per week.
