Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Head to join our team at DL Pharmacy Incorporated. As a key member of our retail store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members.
  2. Assign tasks and duties to sales staff to ensure efficient store operations.
  3. Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs.
  4. Authorize payments, returns, and other financial transactions.
  5. Establish and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  6. Resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges.
  7. Manage cash handling and maintain accurate financial records.
  8. Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Department Head with a strong background in retail management. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Work Setting: Retail business

Supervision: 3-4 people

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Job Duration: Permanent

Language of Work: English

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
